Wah Shing Restaurant

This was our first time ordering from Wah Shing. My wife and I are very impressed by the freshness and quality of the food. We are definitely going to eat here again.

Always a good experience. The people are so nice here. Buffet looks great! I plan to check that out soon. I really think their food has become more flavorful over the years. Garlic chicken tastes like GARLIC !!

Decent buffet, very reasonable price

It is a nice, quick location for buffet. However, they don't have a huge selection or replace food quickly. Beware that they charge kid's price for babies and adult's price for kids. They base it on the size of the child. I stopped taking my grandson when they charged me $5.00 for a 1 1/2 year old and full price for my 7 year old niece because they are "big".

Good food. Hot and ready when picked up

This was my go to place for buffet food, but lately the quality is a little less, unless you order take out and its done fresh. Some items are sitting till dinner time if you get there between lunch and dinner, and not much difference in offerings for dinner.

I just ordered over 30 dollars worth of food. The shrimp toast was burnt so bad I could not even idenify it. I ordered boneless ribs. I got a serving of burnt fat. Nothing looked like any kind of meat. I called to complain and I get yelled at by i guess the owner that they would replace the shrimp toast. I was told the reason that it was burnt was because they get it frozen and the inside does not cook unless they burn the outside.They said that the ribs were, "meat" and i said , " I cant even chew it" they told me they do not do refunds,......................HORRIBLE PEOPLE and food and they charge you $2.00 for placing an order on top of the actual order....WOW nasty people, that charge you extra and their food is bad

Which there was stars for negativity. Went here one time and the food was awful. What a waste of my money. That was the one only time that I've been there, I learned. There are other Chinese places in the area that I would recommend Panda Garden China Wok.

Buffet of many Chinese dishes cisting below $10 per person. Take out menu with great pricing. SURF AND TURF 12 OZ TAIL ONLY $15 50. SERVICE THE BEST.

Good food a great value

Food was ok,was disappointed, not much food available.

We ordered shrimp in lobster sauce combo got shrimp soup with peas and carrots and only 3 shrimp costly only to get 3 regular size shrimp not jumbo not even large also a ton of rice and very little meat in combos .. won ton soup is poorly made ..but I will say they have very good garlic sauce and lo mein . Not very happy with the last two times we have had placed orders but they offer delivery which is very convenient other Chinese restaurants would kill it over here if they delivered

Some of the worst customer service I ever had. The woman screamed at me on the phone and actually hung up on me when I had a question about my order. Also, when you go to pick the food up the only one who is actually polite is the young guy. Everyone else treats you like your beneath them. If you want greasy Chinese, there are plenty other options right around town.

Incredible food for Chinese delivery service! This is my first time with the restaurant and I'm very impressed. Tasty, warm, satisfying, and delicious. I'm pleased and happy with Wah Shing Chinese Food.

Food is always consistent and tastes good. Buffet is a good deal.

Inexpensive food, but not as fresh as when they first opened few years ago... the food n service has gotten lax since then....

Quite an beautiful setting

Good buffet, but we usually get take out (about once a week) for the good stuff. Great Mai Fun! I also really enjoy their wonton soup and triple delight. I only wish I'd been there before it became a buffet.

Had a layover in in wind Gap ( TRUCK DRIVER ) tryed to order Italian food no picked up the phone so I tryed Chinese food WAH SHING RESTAURANT FOOD WAS GOOD AND DELIVERY WAS QUICK NICE PEOPLE THANK YOU

I used to go to another place in town until I found out that this place delivers. I had to get used to the food because these two restaurants have very different styles of cooking. I got used to it quick and fell in love with the delivery service. they always come within a half our or so. The food is always hot and good....recently my wife and daughter and I have been doing the buffet on Friday nights.....the food is always good and if I ever saw something that might have looked old, I mention it to them and they get fresh right away!!! One day we walked in and it was dead...the lady who is always there said if we something we need more of to let her know and she would get it......I like it but I will say that sometimes if there is no business some of the items look dry, but they always get fresh if they see me looking and pass it by.....VERY CLEAN PLACE!!! No ambiance but good food all the same.

Nicely remodeled. Food is sometimes over cooked or cold. I love their food but you have to get there when its busy so the foods fresh

It was less then 2 hours to closing. They were cleaning up in back. Better to see again at a peak hour. The food was good. I got a small portion, but they put it on a tiny platter which it was falling off of as I ate. Kind of messy. That is my only criticism. No matter whether a person gets a big or small portion it should be put on a standard dinner size plate. We will go back because we both like Chinese food occasionally.

Wonderful experience here at Wah Shing! Great customer service, food, and drinks. The boneless spare ribs are delicious and I advise everyone to come here for a great takeout experience and very economical eat in buffet experience. Really nice servers and I have been coming here for 6 years. Love the great array of options at the buffet and cleanliness. Always look forward to coming here for lunch, dinner, and even late breakfast!

Love this Chinese buffet. Good food and they also have American type food like fries and onion rings. Never have had a bad experience there. The young man who works the front is sooooo nice and helpful. Great customer service.

The food was not good at all. Last time ever going there

Very nice people. Good food at the buffet. Also like the variety for take out. Gave four stars only because the buffet could use some variety. Too many chicken dishes and it doesn't change. A rotation would help.

Nice local Chinese spot with good price inside of set up is nice as well. Theme had a good Asian feel.

Decent food- albeit yesterday's leftovers at times-- but a horrible atmosphere. On more than one occasion, the young Asian "chef" came out from the kitchen and sat down in the dining hall. He proceeded to play loud Asian music on his iPhone, disrupting the dining atmosphere because my friend and I could no longer have a conversation due to the loud music. When I went over to him to ask him to please turn the music down, he smiled and refused to lower the volume of his music. This happened on two occasions . When I went over to the cashier to complain about the loud music, she proceeded to act as if she couldn't speak English and simply smiled at me and nodded her head. Yet, she did nothing in terms if getting the cook to turn down his music. What was the cook doing in the dining hall playing loud music in the first place? At that place, the customer is irrelevant. The cook gets to hang out and do whatever he wants and management has no problem with his rudeness.

I love this place. Best dumplings I've ever had. Very affordable buffet. I wish I found out about this place sooner. I'll be back!!!!

For the money ....you can't beat it

I eat at this restaurant at least once a week and I must say many of these reviews seem to be fabricated for reasons unknown. I have never witnessed any of the instances being listed here. The food is fresh, the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and never have I seen any insects crawling about. I encourage anyone reading this to give them a chance and not be swayed by those seeking to discredit a respectable business and welcoming staff. They serve classic Chinese American dishes for the best price around. As one of the regulars I stand by Wah Shing and vouch for the pride they take in their business.

Good food and affordable. Bring my family and we always have fun. The service is a hit or miss depending on who's working. Dispite the service being a little boring everything else is great.

Nice & clean, great selection of foods, & the buffet was $5.00

Good food, good selection.

Very disappointed. Half of the food trays were empty and the other half were pretty unpalatable. Super quiet, no music playing so all you could hear were other people chewing. All the "BBQ" stuff was dry as a desert and tough. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

We eat here about once a week. The buffet price is extremely reasonable. The food is always fresh and hot. You won't find a lot of extras like crab legs or hibachi here. They also offer buffet take out for the same price as dine in which is around $7.

Great if you're a local looking for a bite to satisfy that Chinese craving. Price isn't bad. Food in the buffet is cold on occasion. Once time the house special chicken was undercooked and when I brought it up I was told I was wrong. Essentially, a lot of food for cheap and decent selection. Don't eat here if pregnant or with a compromised immune system. If you're looking for quality, go to Panda Garden up the road.

I would have been more happy going to Subway

Excellent value for what you get. Very low price for very high quality food. Do not let the low price throw you for a loop it is very good food. I even saw happy family at the buffet. There's a meal you never see at a normal Chinese buffet. It has the usual Staples of a typical Chinese restaurant buffet style. The bathroom was super clean the staff was average friendly. I did walk past the kitchen and hear somebody hockaloogie however. I'll definitely be back

Pretty good food, really enjoyed the selection of fruit they had to offer... Ice cream okay.. waitress wasnt very attentive to any of her customers unfortunately but other than that it was a good visit.

This a very nice little buffet for the whole family.
